Refund Policy

  • Products: Refunds are only available for retail products that have not been opened or used. All returns must be made within 10 days of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt.

  • Services: We do not offer refunds for services rendered. If you are not satisfied with a service, please let us know within 72 hours and we will do our best to accommodate. 

Cancellation policy:

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Clients who cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up for their scheduled appointment may be subject to a charge of up to 50-100% of the booked service total.
